We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Muharraq. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth and efficient service by coordinating with kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to improve business operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Muharraq, Bahrain
