Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to increase sales
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Create sales plans and budgets, monitoring performance against targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the UAE market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Indian national with valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship can be provided if needed)
