Administrative Assistant - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our staff members and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office. This is a part-time position with flexible hours perfect for individuals seeking a job without prior experience or knowledge of English. Indian nationals with a biometric passport are preferred. Salary starts at 1800$.
