Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant


We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at our fine dining restaurant in Dubai. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that reflects the restaurant's concept and vision.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that showcase innovative and creative dishes
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are always available
- Implement proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Manage inventory, budget, and cost control to meet financial targets
- Collaborate with management on special events, promotions, and menu changes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that blend creativity with profitability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of current food trends, techniques, and presentation styles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $900 per month (tax-free)

Location: Dubai (UAE)

Contract Type: Full-time contract job

Visa/Travel Expenses: Free visa and ticket provided by the company

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred. Will consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required.
