Instrument Technician


We are currently seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in the oil and gas industry. The primary responsibilities of this role include installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, flow meters, and control valves. The candidate must have knowledge of electrical circuits and be able to interpret technical drawings. In addition, the candidate must be able to work independently and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of instruments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on instrumentation systems.
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits related to instrumentation systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, transmitters, flow meters, and control valves.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Abu Dhabi. The working hours are typically from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. However, the candidate may be required to work overtime or on weekends as needed. The job may also involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
