Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Manama. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and possess strong knowledge of surveying principles, procedures, and techniques. The job requires conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, using specialized equipment and software, and collaborating with other professionals on construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. This is an urgent position to be filled as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze data, measurements, and sketches to create accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Experience with AutoCAD or other related software preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
