Office Assistant
Location: Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Manama. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month, which is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments for management staff
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office assistant role preferred but not required for freshers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
