Land Surveyor


We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Muharraq. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and prepare accurate measurements and data for construction projects. You will also be responsible for creating maps, charts, and reports based on your findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and identify potential obstacles or hazards.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate measurements.
- Create detailed maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients or project managers.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate plans and designs.
- Keep detailed records of survey data, including notes, photographs, and sketches.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while conducting surveys.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in surveying technology and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and CAD software.
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maps.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1800 per month.
