We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within approved limits
- Hire and manage construction teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
