A renowned bakery in Al-Malikiyah, Syria is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, as well as ensure that all products meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes.
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or fillings.
- Monitor ovens and adjust temperatures as needed.
- Ensure all products meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow food safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to plan production schedules.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or issues.
- Assist with training new bakers as needed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or similar role.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary: $1600 per month
