Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Khor. This individual must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of staff. They will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality in food and service. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and quality food preparation
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu or Hindi is a plus
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Passion for the food industry
Salary: 900$ per month
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
