Indian Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage our restaurant located in Al-Khor, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining financial goals.

As a Restaurant Manager, you should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in Indian cuisine. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. It is preferred that you have previous experience managing a team in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
- Manage and train all staff members.
- Ensure quality service is provided to all customers.
- Maintain financial goals by monitoring expenses and budgeting accordingly.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food is being served.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing budgets and maintaining financial goals.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
