Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Office and Maintenance to ensure efficient coordination of cleaning activities.
- Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and proper use of equipment.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of expenses, payroll, inventory, and other relevant data.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
