As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing files and documents, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
