Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the construction industry to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in project management, budgeting, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers with planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of each phase
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to project specifications
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial status to senior management
- Oversee the hiring and training of construction workers as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment (preferred but not required)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This position is based in Al-Malikiyah.
