Job Title: Executive Chef for African Cuisine Restaurant in Hawalli

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of our new African cuisine restaurant in Hawalli. The ideal candidate will have a passion for African food and culture, as well as a strong background in culinary arts and management.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus featuring authentic African dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, from sourcing ingredients to plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality and consistency in all dishes
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and ordering to maintain cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of African cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1800 per month (tax-free)
City: Hawalli, Kuwait
