Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Manama. As a member of our waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selection
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure accuracy of orders and follow up with any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
