Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in Al-Malikiyah. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue for our company. You will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies, train and motivate the sales team, and monitor their performance. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote our products/services
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing and finance) to achieve company objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
