Waiter/Waitress in Luxury Hotel - Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking experienced and professional waiters/waitresses to join our team at a luxury hotel in Lusail, Qatar. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
- Present menus and make recommendations to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
