Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales goals, and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate new leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Train new employees on company products/services and sales techniques
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
