Part-Time Restaurant Manager in Manama, Bahrain

A well-established restaurant in Manama is seeking a part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Train and supervise staff members on service standards, menu offerings, and company policies
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Create work schedules for employees
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to attract customers
- Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and implement cost-saving measures when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Manama, Bahrain.

Accommodation:
This is not a live-in position. Accommodation will not be provided.

Visa:
The candidate must have their own valid visa for employment in Bahrain.
