As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Manama. You will manage the staff, monitor inventory and budgets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Your duties will also include creating work schedules, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. This position offers a salary of 1300$ with free visa and ticket for graduates.
