We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Bayan, Egypt. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring their proper function and efficient production. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, strong technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality control standards
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Keep track of production output and maintain records of machine performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in machine operation or a related field preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
