Barista - Coffee Shop (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have previous experience working as a Barista and be proficient in making various coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to the customer's preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Upsell additional items such as pastries or snacks to customers
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or complaints

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

Visa & Accommodation:
We are looking for candidates who are already residing in Kuwait or have the necessary visa to work in the country. Accommodation will not be provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
