Waiter/Waitress at Al-Malikiyah Restaurant



We are looking for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Al-Malikiyah Restaurant in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and satisfactory.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and explain specials of the day to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and bathrooms
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting up tables for special events or large parties

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude towards guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed
- Must have good physical stamina as this job requires standing for long periods of time
