Waiter/Waitress in Bayan, Kuwait


We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. As a waiter/waitress you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers as they arrive
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure timely delivery of orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Upsell menu items to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress
- Must have excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Bayan, Kuwait.
