Job Title: Waiter


We are hiring a skilled Waiter to join our team in Bayan. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set before seating guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean work environment by clearing tables, sweeping floors, etc.
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
