Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth in the city of Manama. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry. The Sales Manager will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to management
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
