Housekeeping Supervisor/Cleaner (Malayalee or Egyptian)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor/Cleaner to join our team in Hawalli. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This position is open to Malayalee or Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English and have experience in housekeeping or related fields.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping team. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept clean and well-maintained. You will also be in charge of inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a budget.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. A contract job with free visa and ticket will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of housekeeping staff
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure work quality meets standards
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and outside areas
- Inventory management and ordering supplies within budget constraints
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Malayalam or Arabic is an asset)
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends if needed
