Waiter/Waitress in Muharraq, Bahrain



We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while taking orders and serving food and beverages. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, as well as maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Monitor tables to ensure proper set-up and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with cleaning duties such as setting up tables, clearing dishes, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
