Indian Executive Chef in Abu Dhabi

Our five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to create innovative and authentic Indian dishes. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring high-quality food production, managing inventory and cost control, and training and developing the kitchen staff. The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and leadership skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month including accommodation. Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
