Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a welder or completion of a welding apprenticeship program preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
