Construction Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the construction process
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors and other personnel
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project management
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 900$ per month. The successful candidate must have prior experience working in Oman or the Middle East region. Please note that accommodation will not be provided for this role.
