Part-Time Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Buraymi. As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and construction methods.
- Develop project plans and timelines and ensure they are followed by all team members.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.
- Review and approve project expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate should be available for at least 20 hours per week.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al Buraymi. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.

Visa Requirements:
The candidate must have their own valid visa for working in Al Buraymi.
