We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our luxury hotel in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide variety of desserts and baked goods to our guests. Your role will include overseeing all aspects of the pastry kitchen, from menu planning to staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute dessert and pastry menus that cater to the tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
- Ensure all food items are consistently produced with high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked pastry kitchen.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and other kitchen staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing new dessert recipes.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
