Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing for shipment
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Help with organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a biometric passport
