Chef - Indian Cuisine (English Speaking) in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are in search of a talented and experienced Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious Indian dishes to meet the high expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Create new and innovative menu items while maintaining traditional Indian recipes
- Oversee kitchen staff and manage their schedules
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
