Head Chef at Upscale Restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes and a keen eye for detail. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency, and managing a team of chefs.

Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee menu development, including seasonal changes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Ensure all dishes meet high-quality standards and are presented attractively
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in an upscale restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1400$ per month. Accommodation may also be provided for the right candidate.
