Indian Administrator in Al Ahmadi
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Schedule meetings and appointments for senior staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Support the finance department with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with working hours from Sunday to Thursday (8 hours per day).
