Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Accountant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Conduct research on accounting regulations and standards
- Provide support for audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
