English Tutor



We are currently hiring an experienced English Tutor to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker with a passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of students
- Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions to teach English language skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their understanding and application of the language
- Incorporate interactive activities and materials to make learning engaging and effective
- Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments and evaluations
- Communicate with parents or guardians on student's progress and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with current language learning techniques and resources to continuously improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent command of the language
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher for non-native speakers
- Ability to develop customized lesson plans based on individual needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups of students
- Patient, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching English as a second language
- Valid work visa in Kuwait (if applicable)
