Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and funerals. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create unique designs that meet their needs. This role requires strong creativity and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests
- Select appropriate flowers, plants, and decorations for each arrangement
- Ensure quality and freshness of all floral products
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to execute large-scale events or projects
- Keep updated on current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and decorations
- Creativity and ability to come up with unique designs
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail for ensuring high-quality products
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Education/Training:
A degree in floral design or a related field is preferred but not required. However, previous experience in the industry is necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

This position is located in Manama, Bahrain.
