Florist

As a Florist in Manama, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and needs, and use your creative skills to design arrangements that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events
- Sourcing high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining and caring for a variety of plants and flowers
- Providing excellent customer service by listening to client requests and offering suggestions
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Keeping track of expenses and ensuring profitability of each project
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Creative flair with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing inventory and ordering supplies is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for female candidates. The working hours are flexible but may require working on weekends or holidays depending on the needs of clients.
