Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales for our retail store in Manama. You will work closely with the store manager and sales team to ensure that the merchandise is properly displayed and presented in an attractive manner.

Responsibilities:
- Design and set up eye-catching displays to showcase our products
- Ensure that displays are regularly updated and reflect current promotions or seasonal trends
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan merchandise assortments and product placement
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to the store manager
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train sales staff on how to effectively present products to customers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of visual design principles and retail merchandising techniques
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Salary: $1200 per month without accommodation.

Location: Manama, Bahrain (non-Bahraini candidates must have a valid work visa)
