IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


As an experienced IT Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's information technology department. You will work closely with our team of IT professionals to ensure the secure and efficient operation of all computer systems, networks, and software applications. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, managing budgets and resources, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of all computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Manage budgets and resources by negotiating with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Manage a team of IT professionals by setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technological needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security protocols
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, software applications, and data security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Budget management experience preferred
- Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech colleagues

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in Riyadh.

Preference:
This job is open to candidates from any nationality, however, preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position suitable for men. Candidates must have their own accommodation and a valid visa that allows them to work in Saudi Arabia.
