Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at our high-end restaurant in Al Buraymi, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations. Your main goal will be to maintain the high quality and consistency of our dishes while managing a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff. Your duties will include creating new menu items, sourcing and purchasing ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef in a fine dining establishment and possess excellent leadership skills. A culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Salary for this position is $1700 per month with potential bonuses based on performance.
