Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed reports on the land's topography, boundaries, and other features. You will also be required to use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS systems to accurately measure and map out the land.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using total stations and GPS systems
- Knowledge of surveying software and data collection methods
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi would be an advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS systems to accurately collect data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Prepare maps, charts, and other visual representations of survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring surveying expertise
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
