Sales Executive



As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a dynamic, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be expected to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present products or services that best meet their requirements. Your role will involve regular travel within Bayan and occasional international travel. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for this role. Accommodation will not be provided, so a valid biometric passport is required for travel purposes. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Identify potential customers through market research, networking events, and other methods
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best suit their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients
- Provide accurate forecasts of sales activities to management
- Regularly update customer information and sales pipeline in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective strategies for reaching target markets
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel purposes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (previous experience in sales is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Bayan as well as internationally when required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be eligible to work in Bayan without sponsorship
