Seasonal Executive Chef in Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria on a seasonal basis. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that adhere to our standards and showcase seasonal and local ingredients
- Plan and coordinate daily kitchen activities, including ordering supplies, creating prep lists, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of all food items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen at all times
- Ensure timely preparation of food according to customer orders and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing to achieve financial goals

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food safety standards
- Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients in creating innovative dishes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this seasonal position. In addition, we will provide you with a free visa and ticket.
