Agricultural Researcher/Scientist

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Researcher/Scientist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy and a passion for conducting research and implementing new techniques to improve crop production.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various crops, including soil analysis, testing of new techniques and technologies, and monitoring plant growth
- Develop and implement plans for improving crop production, considering factors such as climate, soil quality, and pest control
- Collect and analyze data from experiments, prepare reports, and present findings to management
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions for improving crop yield and quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in agricultural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in agronomy research
- Knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, crop nutrition, and pest management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
